This is the most common reason people ask, and it works the same way: send us both addresses and we’ll switch it over. Worth doing before you lose access to the old mailbox, since we email the current address to confirm the change is really you. If you can no longer receive mail at the old address, tell us — we can still help, we’ll just need a bit more to confirm you’re the account holder, such as the last four digits of the card or the date of a recent payment.FAQ
